This is a delightful poetry book suitable for an aspiring gymnast you may know or even live with.  All the poems highlight why gymnastics is a wonderful sport in which to participate.  Doing so helps kids make friendships, develop a healthy strong body and grow their self-confidence... three winning aspects that the sport has to offer for sure.

"Gymnastics & Me" is both entertaining and inspiring and is suitable for ages 3-9.  It truly is a celebration of gymnastics and I highly recommend it.
