O the beauty of reading

Jane and I got to go to a special evening and read to a lot of children, calming them down, focusing them, and sharing the love of our books. In all the hype and energy of Christmas how wonderful to have such a powerful tool as a book to create a Silent Night with your little one. The Magic of Christmas can become real through sharing all the wonderment of the season by reading story after story about this time of year. Be sure to add music to your home also. Children love to sing, shake bells, dance, and engage in musical expressions of the time. Remember this is the only time of the year that Christmas music is played so take advantage and stream meaningful notes into your little ones ears. Joy fills abounds as words, music, and laughter fill the air. Enjoy rich family times and create long lasting happy memories for years to come.
