We all have felt it. We know that feeling when your heart starts to pound, your palms start to drip and your pupils expand three times their original size. Yes, fear has entered into us and we now have to convince ourselves we are not scared. Today's book is about that intimate discussion you have with yourself that all is well and you have nothing to fear but fear itself...

About the book...
Piglet Bo keeps telling himself he is not afraid of anything or anyone. He feels a need to create scenarios where his fears are actually absorbed in pleasantries as they go about their life and are not out to get him or make him afraid.
He can't enter into a dark room because he doesn't want to scare an owl living there. He can't climb down a deep hole because he figures termites are down there having a birthday celebration and how rude would he being showing up without a gift to give the birthday bug, just to name a few. The looming shadows he observes lurking here, there and everywhere add even more anxiety and apprehensiveness to Bo's quality of life.
Even though he puts on a brave face and repeatedly chants his mantra of fearing nothing and no one, his mind and his heart are not convinced one little bit. Deep down inside he knows the truth and he IS frightened.
This whimsical tale will open an honest dialogue of what fears your child may be experiencing and how you can alleviate many of them by talking through and reassuring your child that all will be well.
This is the second book in the Piglet Bo series. It is a charmingly adorable story about courage and overcoming the things that go bump in the night (and sometimes even the day).
