Unwrapping Some Illustrations for You

The Book

A little girl is prepping for bedtime and it's then that her cute little doggy perks up and wants to play.  He brings her his ball and wants her to throw it but she ignores him and continues brushing her teeth.  Undeterred he interrupts her storytime... nahhh... that didn't work and then he circles in for the big finale!  He snatches her teddy bear and off he runs! Oh my!  Will the chaos turn into peace and finally the little girl get to bed?

This delightful rhyming book is perfect for that targeted age-group.  The book includes two daddies who valiantly rescue her teddy which allows everyone to end their day peacefully!

The illustrations are vibrant, colourful and whimsical.  The book is also available in French as "Trop tard pour jourer!" and is being published alongside "Early One Morning" by the same author and illustrator, which features a boy, his cat and his two moms.   I recommend this book.  I know wee ones will enjoy it very much.
