The Book
An adorable muddy litte piglet is on his way home eager to have a bath to make himself shiny and clean after playing outside all day. On his journey back he encounters a variety of animals who invite him to take a bath their way. A cat tells him to lick and groom himself clean just like cats do, a magpie explains that he gets clean by having ants crawl all over him and a donkey rolls around in the sand and takes a dirt bath - none of these ideas appeal to pig and politely declines their offers.
He continues homeward and is greeting by his loving mom who knows exactly how to get her sweet piglet sparkling clean and experience happiness while doing so. Can you guess how?
The illustrations are spot on with the text. They are colourful, sweet and kid-friendly. This is a wonderful introduction to teach little ones how different animals bathe themselves and promote good hygiene. Young animal lovers will like this book I'm sure. This is a perfect tale to share before or after bath time... or anytime for that matter. I highly recommend "Time for a Bath".

About the Illustrator
Ziying Jiang was born in 1991 in Xinxiang, Henan, China. She learned how to paint at an early age, and later on she taught herself all about graphic design. For many years, she worked in the graphic industry. With a soft spot for picture books, Ziying became an illustrator. She hopes to bring young children joy and happiness through her drawings.
