Storytime Stops are getting closer

Every Thursday night throughout the summer we hold "Storytime Stops" on our back patio at our house. It is a fun-filled event with guest readers, music, and lots of community spirit. It is a BYOB happening which means you bring your own blanket to snuggle up while the readings take place. Of course, if it rains, we will postpone the event until the next week.

Start planning today to clear those Thursday evenings. The children get so excited and love to hear and participate in a meaningful and educational time. Often the local librarian attends with a book under her arm to share her favourite stories regarding the theme of the night. The book store is always open for a short time after so you can purchase the books that were presented or buy any others books that you might desire. Please spend quality time this summer modelling the importance of reading to your child. The more you focus on the importance of reading with them and to them, the more successful readers that they will become.

This is a free event as we want to share our hearts and passion by giving the gift of reading to our community this summer. See you there!
