Lists are cool

For some reason kids like to make and read lists of things. Boys especially like lists. Try in the next little while to compile lists of things for your kids to read and check off. They will love it. You can make a grocery list, a shopping list, a list of ingredients for a recipe, a list of your favourite places to vacation, a list of your favourite ways to travel or cars/trucks that you like. Intentionally make some lists and put them on your fridge. Have your child read the list out loud to you, to other family members, create and write down their own lists. When your kids become listless....make a list. (I know that was bad....bad me!)
