take a peek with peek-a-bear ... a bookwrap

Peek-a-Boo Poem
Mara Kingfield

Little monkey hiding low;
Now where, oh where, did that monkey go?
Under the basket or the kitchen chair
Little Monkey found no where.
Listen close, there goes a giggle
And did you see that blanket wiggle?
Little monkey, peek-a-boo,
I think it's over, I found you!

A Peek & Play book

Jill Mangel Weisfeld

Let's peek inside...

This fun board book is packaged with a surprise on each page.  It is interactive and peeks the curiosity and imagination of little ones.  It is Jill's debut book and it is filled full of colourful imagery and playful poetry.  It is the first in the series of "Peek and Play" books from this talented author.  It is perfect for toddlers, preschoolers and kindergarteners.

Join little bear as he flips, pulls tabs, and lifts curtains to discover his world outside of his windows.  Your child accompanies him in a car, a train, a plane, a submarine, a rocket, a cruise ship and a ferris wheel at a county fair.  Your child is invited into little Bear's adventures and most certainly can take a turn at playing peek-a-boo with his new bear friend.  All hands on board.

This book is charming and very creatively designed.  Little ones will enjoy the rhythm of the text and the hands-on play available just for them. The book is sturdy and build perfectly for smaller kids to handle. It's a wonderful choice for your little one... and I would recommend it hands down.
