The Book

A sweet rambunctious little sloth has no signs of slowing down and dropping off to sleep.  The book narrates the nightly routine of the little sloth who at every turn uses every excuse in the book to avoid her bedtime curfew. Readers are prompted to "help" little sloth get her bubbles out so she can settle down and finally drift off to Dreamland. Kids are asked to help dry her hair after her bath, clap off the lights, and sing a favourite lullaby to her, just to name a few.  The wee trickster keeps assuring everyone that she is not tired at all.  Will she finally succumb to weariness and fall asleep?

The text is simple and the illustrations are large, expressive and adorable.  Readers of "Don't Push the Button" and "Press Here" will love this cute, interactive story that is perfect for bedtime.  This book also would make a lovely gift.  I highly recommend it.
