The Book

Daddies are very special people and usually very, very busy.  But... they love their family and want to spend quality time with their  precious children.  This sweet lift-the-flap board book documents some of the things that this particular daddy does with his little one as they celebrate having fun together.  The special aspect of the book is that kids can guess what he's about to do.  Then,  to their delight,  they  can open up the flap and discover the answer.

"Daddy has a helmet on.

What is Daddy going to do?

Fly to the moon.

Zoom, zoom"

The illustrations are colourful, full of detail, and kid-friendly.  The flaps are sturdy for little hands to manipulate and they aid hand-eye co-ordination.  The book is sure to spark conversations about how they engage with their own daddy as they recall fun things that the two do together.  I highly recommend this book.
