He has seen these problems in our youth on the rise since the pandemic of 2020, and this book will help children and adolescents be better about their posture and healing their minds and bodies.

The Book

Kenzi, an adorable little girl, is experiencing headaches and generally feeling poorly all over her body. She makes an appointment with Dr. Bhattman and he works with her to show her the infamous 7-minute huddle which teaches proper breathing techniques, doable exercises that result in good posture, and calming gentle mindfulness.

Truly desiring to combat her maladies Kenzi faithfully puts into practice the wise advice of the doctor in her every day life. Miraculously she begins to feel so much better. Due to her success she becomes an ambassador of spreading the good news about her recovery to her friends to help them feel well too.

The illustrations are vibrant, colourful and quite busy. I love the positive healing rhyming message of the book and highly recommended it.
