Last storytime stop for the summer

Sadly we will be presenting our last storytime stop for the season. We want to thank all the guest readers and musicians who so graciously gave of their time and talent to read to our kids. It takes a lot of preparation and co-ordination to bring these events to you but the rewards are so gratifying. To see the children laugh and participate in the stories is such a thrill for us. Thank you especially to all the faithful parents who came, rain or shine. (and there was a lot of rain this summer) Keep those precious little ones reading and they will become lifelong, successful readers. It takes all of us to pitch in and model for our kids the importance of daily reading together from the heart.

This week's theme is "KISSING". We will have stories with a kissing theme commemorating the importance of family love, leaving mom to go off to school, and how animals hug and kiss to show their love to their little ones.

This event will be held rain or shine. Please come and join us as we "kiss" summer good-bye and welcome a new season into our lives.
