Editorial Reviews

The intricate and densely layered illustrations are perfect for readers of any age and ability, and make learning visual and collaborative.
--The Children's Book Review

This "informational text" turned seek-and-find is a ton of fun. Students are able to read about BigFoot while participating in activities that require focus and attention, attempting to spot the mysterious creature themselves. Kids among a range of ages will appreciate this text - in between classes, late at night, or on long car rides. Illustrations are exciting and colorful, with facts and information that will leave you questioning whether BigFoot is real or not.
--Maura Brown, Educator "KIPP Change Academy "

My 8-year old daughter read this book together. She loves look and find books. She was pleasantly surprised to see the facts about Big Foot and cities. She also thought the look and find pages were challenging enough, and liked that there were many different things to find. This book has some great visuals and I think it would appeal especially to boys in grades 2-5.
--Laurie Harris, Educator "Kawartha Pine Ridge District School Board "

What a cool way to set up a seek and find book! I loved the opportunity to learn more about the legend of Bigfoot as well as countries the world. My kids are going to love it!
--Amber Webb, Educator "The Roeper School “

Unwrapping my take

This is a seek and find book for all ages.  What a delightful book and activity that will keep kids entertained and learning for hours.  A perfect take-along to a cottage, on a long car or plane trip, or to enjoy on a lazy, rainy, summer's afternoon or freezing snowy day.

It is an interactive book that more than one person can get involved in at the same time which I like.  It's always a thrill when the designated items are finally spotted (especially BigFoot)  and I love how educational this book is also. Kids enjoy discovering new places and interesting facts about far away destinations.  It includes  segments on how to properly use the book, what people in other parts of he world call BigFoot, and the one I love the most... an answer key that is tucked in at the end.  Trust me I was very thankful for that one.  Other books in the series include:

   BigFoot Goes on Vacation
BigFoot Spotted at World-Famous Landmarks
BigFoot Visits the Big Cities of the World
BigFoot Goes Back in Time
BigFoot Goes on Great Adventures
BigFoot Activity Book
BigFoot Fun Book!

The book is designed as a two-page visual puzzle brimming with people, creatures and activity.  Not only does BigFoot make an appearance in each city but the talented author has embedded more than 500 other items for readers to hunt down and expose.  This book, filled with fun facts and added pictures, makes learning about the world's most popular cities fun and engaging.  I highly recommend this book.
