The Book

Many children ( and adults ) are paralyzed by the ominous fears and worries that overwhelm them each and every day.  Parents seek answers to how they can teach their children strategies to dispel those fears and help them lead a more stress-free life.

Christina Furnial, a licensed mental health therapist and mom herself, gives answers in her empowering book - "Fear Not: How to Face Your Fear and Anxiety Head On."

This inspiring rhyming book follows a little boy who successfully tackles his fears and by doing so learns and puts into practise a very valuable life lesson.  This helpful book teaches kids how to calmly and mindfully manage their emotions and move forward with confidence thus enjoying life and the new challenges it has to offer.

The illustrations are wonderful and enrich the positive message of the book.  The author includes tips for parents at the back.   I highly recommend it     .

Thank you NetGalley and PESI Publishing for this digital ARC in exchange for an honest review.
