The Book

I love this book and the entire series consisting of 110 wonderful books for readers ages 4-7.  Queen Elizabeth ll was a much beloved queen whose reign lasted 70 years.  She was Britain's longest-reigning monarch.  She became queen when she was young and took her title and duties very seriously.  She was not the typical queen or princess found in fairytales but had to give up many desires and personal aspirations to serve her subjects.  She pledged to dedicate her whole life, however long it would be, for the good of others and she faithfully fulfilled that vow.

Queen Elizabeth ll loved corgis dogs and horses and dreamed of living on a farm.  Little did she expect that should be a reigning queen living in a grand palace all the rest of her life.  In 1952, she was crowned Queen of the United Kingdom.  Sadly she passed away on September 8, 2022 and the entire world mourned her death.  Two of her corgis dogs and one of her horses attended her state funeral.

The whimsical, quirky illustrations are wonderful and the author has included extra facts at the back of book including a biographical timeline and historical photographs of Her Highness.

Little People, BIG DREAMS is a best-selling series of books and games that explore the lives of outstanding people, from designers and artists to scientists and activists. All of them achieved incredible things, yet each began life as a child with a dream.

This empowering series offers inspiring messages to children of all ages, in a range of formats. The board books are told in simple sentences, perfect for reading aloud to babies and toddlers. The hardcover versions present expanded stories for beginning readers. Boxed gift sets allow you to collect a selection of the books by theme. Matching games and other fun learning tools provide even more ways to make the lives of these role models accessible to children .

Inspire the next generation of outstanding people who will change the world with Little People, BIG DREAMS!

I highly recommend this book and the entire series!
