Santa makes sure he is physically fit for the long and arduous journey ahead of him and kids discover what happens at Santa's toy factory.

The illustrations are colourful and detailed. The book certainly captures the atmosphere and fervour around this magical time of the year.

Kim Thompson is a filmmaker and television writer who has written scripts for many well-known children's cartoons. She lives on Saltspring Island, British Columbia.

About the Illustrator

Élodie Duhameau (she/her) is an author and illustrator. She studied graphic arts in France (Paris) and started her professional life as a graphic designer and then art director. She later embraced the profession of illustrator and the world of children's publishing, as well as editorial and advertising illustration. She is now also a writer. She currently resides in Montreal, Quebec.
