Tick tock goes the clock

Time flies by and sometimes you have to pause and ask yourself...did I read for myself today? It is always correct to have one or perhaps two books "on the go" ready to put life on hold and curl up and delight yourself with your very own book. The wonderful spin off for you indulging is that your kids see the pleasure you get from reading and want to copy your behaviour. Modelling good reading is very effective to a child. Take the concept one step farther and orchestrate a family reading night where everyone brings that book that they are enjoying to continue the read to to share their book with other family members. Remember that non-fiction is also acceptable, especially for boys. Be pro-active, select a great book and start the chain reaction in your family today. Everyone wins when everyone reads.
