Thank you and a follow-up

I want to say a great big thank you to Amy who was my first "storyrapper." It is fun to include other people's ideas and talents into your own projects. Speaking of projects I want to expand a little on the Flat Stanely Book theme. These books have been around for a long time and are still going strong. Jeff Brown wrote the original book and it was so popular that other books in the series popped up. These books are: Stanely and the Magic Lamp, Stanely in Space, Stanley' Christmas Adventure, Invisible Stanely and Stanely, Flat Again. Once you begin reading these books with your child you will see why they are so entertaining. Check out the Flat Stanely Project on www.flatstanely.com. Great for parents and teachers alike. This project originated by a grade three teacher in London, Ontario and has mushroomed into literacy success. Flat Stanley is now on Facebook, Twitter and you can download an App to keep you up-to-date with his travels. Be sure to heck it out. Your kids will love to follow him around the world and beyond and see what he is up to.Oh the places he has been and the people who have participated are incredible. Thanks again Amy for starting the "Flat Stanely" revolution on this blog. Read on.
