Unwrapping the story/ music

This charming book is an ideal bedtime story for a little one and a perfect gift to give on a special occasion or for a baby shower.

The unique thing about this book is that it is accompanied by a lullaby.  The song is a free download available at :www.YourLightBook.com.

Mommy Bunny lovingly tucks in her baby and softly encourages him to travel afar to Dreamland and procure a falling star.  She suggests that he entrap his special glowing star inside a glass jar and bring it back home.  She tenderly whispers...

"And anywhere you are-
no matter near or far-
I'll love you the same.
I'll love you the same."

Then she seals that promise to her little bunny with a Mommy kiss.

The book and the song together express a powerful heartwarming message.  They celebrate the magnetic bonding between a parent and their cherished child.

The lullaby is tender and sweet.   The cradlesong flows into the baby's heart and brings feelings of calm, comfort and especially love.  The dreamy, beautiful watercolour imagery enrich the text.  They give the words a magical effect that draws the wee reader into the story.  This talented award-winning artist has created a love song for the soul and a forever book to be cherished.  Highly recommended.

About the author

Author and mom Jillian Aversa is an award-winning vocalist and composer, drawing musical inspiration from the beauty and grandeur of nature. Her inspiration for writing "Your Light" came from her journey into new motherhood. She wanted to do something special for her daughter - and with her musical background, writing a lullaby was a natural fit. But to make the tribute more interactive, she decided that turning the text into lyrics for a storybook would create something they could share together for many years to come.
