The Book

This is N. D. Byma's first chapter book and it is one that will ignite  imaginations and keep kids engaged in the plot right up to the very last page!

Two siblings,  Molly, who is ten, and her brother Fritz, who is nine, are normal ordinary kids that live in an ordinary house and do ordinary things.  One day everything in their lives change. They find themselves  called to defeat angry monster Brussel sprouts that attack them from their  kitchen table and then they must commit to counter attacking mindless half-dead Zombies that are embedded in Molly's classroom who are out to get her.  Once again the siblings use teamwork to eradicate their assailants.

Molly and Fritz are cursed, yes cursed, and it's up to the dynamic duo to find a strategy to fight against and obliterate the determined enemies that are a danger to them.  Will they succeed in doing so?

This exciting adventure story will have kids cheering Molly and Fritz on to victory.  Young readers will be thrilled to see these two ordinary kids turn into superheroes with no adult intervention required.  I love the book and its message. Kid power reigns!  The author left the book open ended so I suspect there will be sequels to follow which I will be anxious to read. I highly recommend this book. Well done!
