Veterans Day
Lest we forget...may we never, ever forget what these precious soldiers and others did for us. We must teach out children the value of wearing a poppy and how cruel and inhumane war can be. We must read stories and watch movies to instill in our children how blessed we are to live in a free country. Take time today to stop and be still as we remember the blood that was spilled for us. Proudly wear that poppy and attend a service to pay respect for the fallen. Thank you veterans for all you have done to save our country, families and friends. You are true heroes and must not be forgotten. Talk about the importance of this day to your kids tonight around your dinner table and bow your heads in gratitude for what we have.
