Christmas is coming....

Can you believe it? The countdown to Christmas is on and I am sitting here listening to Christmas jazz and trying to meet book review deadlines before the jolly old man pays us a visit. I personally bought some great children's books for my little grandson and I cannot wait to read them to him. Although he is only nine months old he knows how to turn pages and his eyes light up when he gets a book into his hands. His mom has been reading to him since the womb and he loves her soothing voice and laughter as they cuddle and cruise through his many piles of books. Kids are never too young to have someone read to them. They love the closeness and adore the bright coloured pictures and sounds that some books make. Be sure to check out some Christmas books in your local bookstore and use them for stocking stuffers, quality gifts and even decorations around your home this Christmas.
