Beloved author and illustrator Maurice Sendak passed away today at the age of 83. His most famous book has to be "Where The Wild Things Are" read and loved by thousands of kids and adults alike. He was a children's book icon and his talent and stories will be sadly missed. R.I.P. dear friend!
