About the book...

This is one, in a series of boardbooks, that celebrate the seasons.  It teaches a toddler the basics of preparing to go for a swim.  The essentials he needs to take along for his summer adventure are:  a swimsuit, a tank top, of course some sunscreen, a towel to dry off with, and some flip-flops to make footprints down the sandy beach, just to name a few.  After a day of swimming activities: drying off lounging on his towel, playing in the sand and cooling-off with an icy snow cone he is ready to head home.  Sleep overtakes him. Exhausted from his beach adventure he snores away buckled into the backseat with a very contented smile on his face.

The other books in the series are...
